About zinosign: 18 Years of Accessibility Leadership
Founded in 2007 with a simple but powerful vision: “Design must work for everyone.” zinosign has become a trusted partner for organizations committed to creating truly inclusive digital products.
Zinaida Iller – Founder & Accessibility Expert
Zinaida founded zinosign after witnessing firsthand how poor design and inaccessible interfaces excluded people with disabilities from digital opportunities. With nearly 18 years of experience in UX design and digital accessibility, Zinaida has dedicated her career to proving that accessibility and great design are not mutually exclusive—they’re complementary.
As a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) and active member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), Zinaida brings both practical expertise and deep knowledge of accessibility standards to every project.
Our Philosophy:
We believe that accessibility is not a feature to be added at the end of development—it’s a fundamental principle that should guide every design decision. Great products are inclusive products. When we design for people with disabilities, we create better products for everyone.
“Good design is born from diverse perspectives and experiences,” Zinaida explains. “We firmly believe that diversity creates better products. That’s why we invest in accessibility training, actively partner with organizations that promote diversity in the creative sector, and ensure our team reflects the diversity of the users we serve.”
zinosign LTD is a proud member of the Charter of Diversity, demonstrating our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and promoting diversity in the design industry. We actively champion diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our work—from hiring practices to project teams to the products we create.
